Leslie Rodriguez Kritzer is a proud Jew-Rican actress and writer born in NYC. She was nominated for a Tony Award for Best Featured Actress in a Musical for her performance in the Broadway revival of Spamalot. Since 2024, she has voiced Rosie in the adult animated musical series Hazbin Hotel.

She is also known for her Broadway roles in Hairspray, Legally Blonde, Something Rotten!, Beetlejuice, and The Robber Bridegroom, for which she won a Lucille Lortel Award for Outstanding Featured Actress in a Musical. She has also appeared Off-Broadway in The Robber Bridegroom, Gigantic, ROOMS: A Rock Romance, and The Great American Trailer Park Musical.

Kritzer's numerous television appearances include The First Lady, Bridge and Tunnel, New Amsterdam, Vinyl, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Difficult People, Slugfest, Kevin Can Wait, Younger, and Law and Order: SVU.

She has created several solo shows, including Burn it to the Ground, Beautiful Disaster, and Leslie Kritzer Is Patti LuPone at Les Mouches, for which she received a TimeOut NY award.
