SEATING POLICY: Seating for most HTC productions is general admission on a first come, first served basis. We strive to begin our performances on time. To avoid disturbing both the performers and the other theatre patrons, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of theatre management. We encourage all patrons to arrive at the theatre early for a performance.
ACCESSIBILITY: The Duncan Smith Theater meets all ADA guidelines and is fully accessible to our patrons. For those patrons using wheelchairs or needing special assistance, the theater has barrier-free access. Depending on the placement of the stage for any particular production, the barrier-free entrance may change location. Please inform the Box Office when purchasing tickets that you would like to reserve a space with accessible seating.
TICKET HOLDERS: The use of cameras, camera phones or recording devices is strictly prohibited in the theater. Food and beverages are available for purchase at the HTC Concessions. Food and beverages purchased outside of the venue are not permitted in the theater. All patrons must have a ticket regardless of age to enter the theater. Please be aware that all events are not suitable for children. Any patron creating a disturbance, including children, will be asked to leave the seating area.
